    Patrick Burke


    Patrick is a 20-year veteran of the tech recruitment industry, spanning three continents. He spent his first 10 years on Wall Street, placing software engineers and quantitative analysts into many of the world’s most successful investment banks and hedge funds.

    After spending two years in Asia completing his Master’s Degree, he moved into corporate talent acquisition. He was an early employee at Uber, leading their tech recruiting team in NYC. After moving to Europe in 2017, he worked as Head of Talent for TourRadar and Global Head of Recruiting for Bitpanda, one of Europe’s largest crypto exchanges. Patrick is a native of New Jersey, an avid Mets fan and proud father of his two children, Hanna and James.

    Andrea Eckerstorfer


    Andrea started her career as an early employee in 2006, ultimately becoming Regional Director for Partners Services – Northern EMEA. The second half of her tenure there was a move into HR, eventually becoming Regional Director HR for the entire EMEA region, overseeing Recruitment, HR Business Partnering and Office Management for over 5000 employees.

    After spending significant time with in Vienna, London and Amsterdam, Andrea decided to move back to her native Austria in 2018 to start a new chapter in her life and became the mother of an inspiring daughter, Caroline. This move coincided with her next professional challenge as VP of People at TourRadar – the world’s 1st Adventure Booking Platform, where she met her Rogue Talent co-founder Patrick.
